In 1995 I published a training manual for my agency so that my staff would be repetitious in the report writing an operation of the cases.   Later my manual became a # ( two best sellers with Books-A-Million stores. The Private Investigators Guide became a guide line for some uniformed training for my staff and now other agencies and even some state's licensing programs around the country.        

I further held an appointment on the P.I.R.S.A.C. an advisory board to the Department of Licensing for Private Investigators, Recovery and Security Companies on the regulating of the Florida Statutes for these industries. The Council would make suggestions to the Secretary of State and now the Department of Agriculture for the need of legislative reform or amending. I worked with Mr. John Russi and assisted in the repeal of the mandatory insurance requirements for Agency owners in the State and also lobbied legislative committees for three (3) years.
